Confidentiality
The framework for protecting business and operational information you share with LogiXY.
Version prepared on September 14, 2026
1. Covered information
Non-public information shared to evaluate, contract or provide the service is considered confidential: rates, proposals, processes, customer lists, routes, volumes, reports, credentials, technical documentation and operational evidence. It may be confidential by its nature even if it is not marked as such.
2. Use limited to the service
Information will be used for the purpose for which it was shared, such as preparing a proposal, configuring operations, resolving an incident or providing the contracted service. Access does not grant ownership of the customer's brands, databases, processes or documents.
Customer information must not be publicly disclosed or used as a success story, testimonial or business reference without authorization. Contracting white-label services also does not authorize disclosure of the business relationship without agreement.
3. Access and collaborators
Access must be limited to people who need it to perform the authorized task. Collaborators and providers with access must assume confidentiality and protection commitments appropriate to their roles. The customer must protect credentials and control the permissions granted within its operations.
4. Exceptions and requirements
Information is not confidential if it is public without a breach, was lawfully obtained from a third party without restrictions, or was independently developed and this can be demonstrated. If an authority requires information, the valid request will be addressed by limiting disclosure to what is necessary and notifying the customer where legally permitted.
5. End of the relationship
The return or deletion of information is coordinated according to the contract and retention obligations. Files that must be retained remain confidential. The confidentiality obligation continues for as long as the information remains confidential, unless a different period or regime is validly agreed.
6. Personal data and incidents
Where information includes personal data, the following also applies: the data processing policy. If you suspect unauthorized access or disclosure, write to the contact channel describing what happened without forwarding passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
7. Specific agreements
If your company needs a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), request one before sharing confidential information. This page does not assert that a signed NDA already exists or replace specific agreements accepted by the parties.
