What white label means
White labeling lets you present a provider’s technology under your business identity within an agreed scope. In logistics, it can cover a portal, tracking and a driver app. Sendabox, for example, offers white labeling for courier businesses. This option exists in the market; compare what customers will see, how it is managed and what remains the provider’s responsibility.

When it makes sense
It can help when several merchants work through your company and need to recognize a consistent service when creating orders or tracking deliveries. It can also support communications that should reflect your business identity. Before investing, identify where continuity currently breaks: confusing domains, unfamiliar senders or conflicting instructions. Customizing a screen nobody uses will not solve that experience.
Web and app have different scopes
A web option may focus on the portal and tracking. Adding an app requires reviewing identity, distribution, updates and application support. Request an inventory of customizable screens and messages, plus elements that retain provider information. LogiXY has web and web-plus-app white-label options; check eligible plans and conditions. Do not infer the full scope from a marketing thumbnail.
What to agree beforehand
Define the domain, brand files, communication channels, administrative access and approval process. Ask who maintains updates and how incidents are communicated. Identify setup, recurring and third-party costs without counting them twice in the base plan. Owning the brand does not automatically mean owning the code: the agreement should clarify usage, data and continuity.
Test the complete experience
Walk through an order from creation to recipient tracking. Review the logo, colors, sender, links and error messages on a real phone. Include a failed delivery to check that the brand still offers a coherent explanation when something goes wrong. Commercial customization serves its purpose when it helps your customer recognize the service and trust it.
